After completing a B.S. degree in Community Health Promotion in 1996 at Liberty University in VA, Victoria Varney graduated from Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in 2000. She became Nationally Certified in Massage and Bodywork in 2002.
She has been the owner of Insideout Health & Wellness since it opened in 2004 in Wenham, MA and continues to offer the community alternative approaches to wellness. Victoria is passionate about educating her clients regarding their well-being and how they can be more comfortable and healthy both short and long-term.
She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Chronic Pain and Injury Work, Sports Massage and Lypossage. Victoria loves the challenge of seeing her clients meet their wellness goals of looking and feeling better.
Vicki is an avid gardener and reader. She loves interior design and landscaping.
Michelle Mead is a graduate of Catherine Hinds School of Esthetics and has been working on the North Shore for 20 years. Michelle is certified in Ultrasonic Facial treatments, microdermabrasion, P.C.A. and Glymed peels.
Her other areas of expertise include anti-age treatments, problematic skin, and makeup application. She is also an expert in brow shaping and body waxing.
Michelle’s passion for esthetics has only grown stronger over time with a desire to educate her clients on the latest innovation in treatments that will address their skincare needs.
Michelle loves living clean and healthy. She enjoys learning and keeping up with current trends in skincare. Michelle is also a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. She loves books, music, and lives with her family in West Peabody.
Monique studied Athletic Training at Dean College and quickly discovered that to best help her athletes, she needed to incorporate massage. She graduated from Spa Tech in Ipswich in 2010 with a concentration in Deep Tissue.
She loves to incorporate her athletic training background into her massage while improving flexibility and range of motion as well as creating a very calming and relaxing atmosphere. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Range of Motion and Sports Massage.
Monique is a lifelong resident of Cape Ann and loves all the beauty the community has to offer.
Sean graduated from Cortiva Institute in Watertown, Ma in 2014. He also has a BSME from Lehigh University and a successful 25+ year career in the field of Process Control designing and implementing automated systems.
Sean brings his intuitive approach of analyzing electromechanical systems to the field of bodywork. He has focused his continuing education of bodywork in the area of Myofascial Release to better understand the three dimensional connective tissue called “Fascia”.
By listening, questioning and educating, he works with each person to resolve issues of tension and pain in their body. Sean’s passion for understanding the root cause of the problem helps to ensure client satisfaction.
He is a native New Englander who grew up sailing on the North and South Shores of Massachusetts.
Liz is a graduate of the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich, MA and has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 20 years with Nationally Certification over 18 years. Liz also graduated from North Shore Community College with an Associates degree from the Physical Therapy Assistant program working in various settings as a PTA for over 10 years.
Liz specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Range of Motion (ROM), and Sports Massage. She enjoys working to help alleviate chronic pain from injury and orthopedic conditions. Her goal is to increase a person’s quality of life by increasing circulation, ROM, and functional mobility while decreasing stress, pain, and muscle tension.
Searching for a more satisfying career, Deirdre enrolled in Spa Tech in Ipswich, graduating in 2016 as a massage therapist.
She had a desire to deepen her understanding and respect for the holistic benefits of massage therapy that addresses the increasing and debilitating effects of stress we see all around us. With this desire, Deirdre acquired additional certification in lymphatic massage and cupping. She often incorporates these techniques into her massage to encourage relaxation, anxiety relief, and pain reduction.
She is also trained in pregnancy massage and most other traditional massage modalities and particularly loves to give special attention to tired heads and feet.
Ann graduated from Spatech in Holistic Massage in 2020. Formerly a yoga teacher, she was drawn to then learn massage.
Ann is a compassionate, sensitive individual whose ideology consists of aligning the whole body through healthy lifestyle practices such as diet, exercise, meditation and massage. She practices swedish, pre-natal and hot stones. Additionally, she is certified in lymphatic massage, cupping and reiki.
Her hobbies are in yin yoga, cooking, reading, walking the beach and sailing.
Throughout her nine-year career as a massage therapist, Beth has focused her practice on customizing her services to meet the unique needs of each and every client. With certifications in a wide range of disciplines, Beth incorporates many techniques into her sessions: percussive massage, decompression, reflexology, jikkiden reiki (level 2), deep tissue, Swedish relaxation, sports massage, stones (hot, cold or salt), Medical massages and CBD. As the mother of four daughters, Beth understands the need for relaxation, self-care, and total wellness. She is thrilled to have an opportunity to share her love of massage with new clients.
Rumpai finished Thai Massage at Wat Pho Tai in Bangkik Tailand in 2006. She practiced with blind people to get in touch with muscle and soul. Additionally, she went on to graduate from Spirit Wellness Institute in Salem, Ma in 2020 and practices Thai Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Hot Stones and Reflexology.
Rumpai’s desire is to help everyone reach their full potential in their daily lives. Thai Massage works the entire body using a sequence of movements that are similar to yoga stretching. She will use her palms, fingers, elbows, knees and heels to stretch and twist you into aria positions.
Her goal is to see your wonderful smile of satisfaction after your massage treatment. She also sews, knits, teaches Thai fruit and vegetable carving and organic Thai style cooking.
Jennifer is a graduate of The Palmer Institute of Massage therapy and is certified in Orthopedic massage and Pain Management by James Waslaski.
Jenniter comes with 25 years of massage experience in a variety of settings, including the entertainment industry. A unique opportunity was being selected as 1 of 4 U.S. therapist to be part of a 60 person International Sports Massage team at the Paralympic Games in Athens, Greece 2004. Jennifer worked with elite athletes whom had a wide range of physical challenges. She has worked with wheelchair rugby, blind soccer, archery, track and field, just to name a few. This experience gave her an insightful perspective into the mind body connection and the need for a balance with internal mental health and external body treatments. In addition, she brings skills as a former soccer player and coach.
Jennifer loves dogs and enjoys time outside with her family and friends. With her years of experience in the mental health field, she actively listens and has the ability to assist clients in designing and achieving short and long term goals towards recovery and overall wellness.
